Good experience. Like it here. A couple of minor issues.submitted by Mary J. - |Recommended: YesI like it here overall. It's very quiet, which I like for the most part, but it would be nice if there were more children around. I would like a mix of older, middle, and younger adults as well as families. It would make for a more lively and rich, family-friendly environment. I'm a professional and like the renovated units I probably wouldn't live here if they weren't renovated on the other hand, I'm very sad that the management company is pushing out the long-term tenants who are paying less and can't afford the new prices. It's turning over toward becoming an environment of privileged people only. I don't like that. Office staff is very attentive and friendly. They've resolved my issues quickly. Maintenance staff is on top of things and so far have resolved my maintenance requests quickly. Issues 1. Billing problems I continue to get invalid charges on my monthly invoice--an extra water charge and a utility service fee that was supposed to be a one-time charge. The staff credits me every month when I inform them of it. This happens each month. The tech person who manages the billing system should easily be able to resolve this, yet it keeps happening. 2. Garage inventory It took them a longer time than should be necessary to find out which garages are taken. It is in each person's billing account information. Extracting that information should be very easy. Whoever configures the reports should easily be able to do this, yet they had the maintenance staff go around and manually check garages, delaying the process. This was very inefficient. 3. The trash and recycle bin areas get really trashed. This is partly the fault of tenants who don't deposit their trash nicely and partly due to the bins overflowing before the pickup day,. Regardless, facilities ground crew should pick up any trash around the bins on a daily basis. They have the means to quickly drive by on their carts daily and pick up any fallen trash bits from the ground. If done daily, it would be a very easy and quick job. They are overflowing weekly, which could be solved by more frequent pickups.
